"Was ok but won’t stay again"

The front of the property and location made me feel like it was a bad location and unkempt. There was a fusty smell inside the property, the sofa and bed throws were dirty too but other than that everything else was clean and beds were comfortable. I didn’t like the early check out at 10am. Most places I’ve stayed let you vacate by 11am.
