We appreciated so much this flat. Bravo Francesca! She organises well to indicate the all instruction. We didn’t have any problem. Location, parking, kitchen and living space all is good!

The size of bed is a bit smaller…..

Civics 8A is incredibly well located to historic Alba, the train station, as well as small shops selling fruits, pastries, etc. and a supermarket. The entire 2 story building is new and beautifully decorated in calming tones of gray. We walked into an immaculate apartment with a welcome note, wine and crackers as well as papers recommending restaurants, places to visit etc. I had communicated with Francesca several times before before arriving in Alba; she always responded quickly and thoroughly. Also, there is free parking in a gated courtyard, another plus.

The apartment for 2 people is perfect but it says 4 would be comfortable. You need to walk through the living/dining room to use the bathroom. If it’s family probably not a problem, but otherwise…

Such a great location and the apartment literally had everything we needed. It was immaculate and there clearly has been such attention to the design of the apartment.

Location was great. Having a washing machine was a bonus.

Bed and pillows were v uncomfortable. A chopping board and a bread knife would have been useful.

The space was large, comfortable and modern. Loved the balcony! The kitchen was great for making breakfast and lunch. Very easy walk to “old town” Alba!

Very organized and well appointed. Many ‘extras’ like wireless chargers, tour books, laundry detergent, small kitchen appliances (eg milk frother), beautifully finished and decorated. Very clean.

The built-in temperature management system is not true air conditioning. It is only able to decrease the temperature in the room to ten degrees less than the temperature outside. The host provided a stand-alone air conditioner but this needed to be vented to the outside through an open window and was a bit noisy. During hot summer it was not ideal.

Beautiful, clean, lots of extra amenities, parking situation was great.

Beautifully fitted out, fresh, clean, stylish apartment with absolutely everything carefully considered. Lovely corner balcony to sit on. On the edge of but not in the old town which is a bonus for quietness, daily food shopping with a great supermarket, patisseries, pharmacy etc etc within 5 mins walk. So near the station too. Walk into the old town 5 mins and you’re there. Absolutely well positioned. Loved the privacy, local amenities and the roomy near new apartment. Great communications with host too.
