Apartment 5, King's Court

We spent a lovely long weekend in this very impressive and spacious top floor apartment with wonderful views over North Bay. We can highly recommend it. Free parking was very helpful although we were fortunate that not all apartments were taken given there are 4 spaces and 5 apartments.

Everything was great spotless

Lovely apartment, modern and very clean. Easy to collect keys and gorgeous views of the sea. Great kitchen facilities too.

The parking is a bit rubbish in the daytime if you don’t manage to get a spot on the driveway. Not ideal when you have a 7 month old baby. We didn’t hear anything around a travel cot so we bought one on the way up to Scarborough.

Spotlessly clean. Easy check in. Nice views. Lovely bedding. Lovely decor and furnishings. Overall a beautiful apartment but with limitations for families.

Bad drain smell in the bathroom. Needs resolving. Steep narrow stairs. Very limited parking. Both impact on ease of bringing in luggage. Windows open wide and are, thus, dangerous for young children. Only one small pan! Ideal for a couple but not for a family with young children. Seagulls took rubbish out of the bins leaving a huge mess outside. Needs better bins.

It's really great place. All we need we can find in apartment. Very clean. Beautiful rooms and perfect view from the windows. We spend nice weekend in this place. Highly recommend. Definitely we'll come back there.
