New 5 BDRM W/Pool, Observation Deck Walk to Beach!

Well equipped kitchen for large family. Lots of seating for dining with two tables and kitchen bar with stools. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner no problem. We loved the easy beach access and that dogs were allowed. Views from both decks were good. You can see the water and a bit of beach. There is a nice breeze. The separate downstairs apartment was great except not directly connected to upstairs. The teenagers loved it. Beds were super comfortable for all family and quality pillows and towels. We loved that there were not just starter supplies. All bathrooms and the kitchen were stocked with TP, shampoo, soap, conditioner, dish soap, trash bags, and dishwasher/laundry detergent. There was plenty for the visit so that was greatly appreciated! Company responded right way through the app to any questions. The home was clean and organized.

The upstairs and downstairs were not connected by an interior stairway. You had to go outside to get upstairs which is the main living area. We couldn't get local TV channels, only streaming TV. So for example, a football game that was on regular TV and the Thanksgiving day parade were not available until we found a streaming service and used our personal logins. The upstairs modern couch was fine for everyone except our senior family members. A lazy boy type chair could be added to the living room.

I loved the location! The downstairs suite was great.

One of the king beds upstairs was a little too firm for us. The property has some wear to it and might need some paint soon.

The location is about the only positive thing about our stay I can mention.

False advertisement…the property advertised “private pool” which is the only reason we decided to book at this place. We have younger children and always book with a pool for safety reasons. The main TV wasn’t working and we notified them Thursday night and they didn’t fix it until Saturday night, we left Sunday morning. We also found out it have been broken with past guest going back to June but nothing was done. The second TV in the bunk bed bedroom needs a child pin to view anything other than cartoons which they could never supply so that never worked. The gate on the upstairs porch is very hard to open and my sister broke her two on it the first night. The property is reasonable for false advertising the private pool and should have offered a refund but instead they have not responded to me since we have left back in August 6th. They are flat out ignoring me and not trying to resolve the issue. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. If they truly cared about the guests needs they would have made things right with us but they didn’t care.

Location was great! Beds were very comfortable. Hosts were responsive when we couldn't get the main tv to work. House was perfect for our group: two families with teenagers.

The bottom unit has a very weird smell. It didn't seem to bother the teenage boys that slept and hung out down there, but I noticed it everytime I went in. Wished we could have gotten the tv fixed, but we just traded one of the rokus from the other tv onto the main one and that fixed the issue. Hosts were responsive, but couldn't get it repaired and we weren't there long enough for them to replace. The pool in the area was very small and HOT! Not refreshing at all. But, it was 107 degrees outside so I guess that is not surprising.

A little expensive

the location was great but all the built in things that make a beach house were included. For example hoses, outside shower, decks lots of beds and bathrooms to enable four families to live under one roof. My wife is a tough customer but she was very, very happy!

This is very minor but the gate at the top of the second deck needs repair. It works but has a very limited life ahead. My swag is it will fail by August. Of course I wish the price was less.

I noticed the floors a little dirty like they haven’t been moped in a while and also the trash bins outside had trash in them.
