"fantastic modern great place"

A very brandnew appartment. The key is in a lockbox. The hosts live next door in the other appartment. You have information about the WIFI and other things in the appartment. The beds were very comfortable. Also the bathroom and kitchen was great.

I would put a seating area in at the entrance to get on/off your shoes. Same in the bathroom - there is nothing for putting down your clothes or sit down (enough space). The TV could be bigger. I would put a label on where to find the cutlery exactly - even with your instructions it was a bit difficult to find.
