The view is great. Amenities good.

Leaking toilet on arrival. Both toilets dripped all night. Traffic noise from 4am was terrible.

Comfortable beds

Right next to a main road and thus VERY noisy. Cannot even bbq on the veranda due to the noise levels. Woken up at 5am already by vehicles.

We loved that there were 2 bathrooms and one had a bath and the other a shower. We loved that they had a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules for us to use, also giving us milk and bottled water in the fridge. Linky was very helpful and kept the lines of communication open via WhatsApp. When we got there she even helped us carry things from the car to our apartment, and then walked with my son to show him where the pool was. The apartment was lovely and had everything that we needed, even body wash in the shower, dish washing liquid and cloths in the kitchen and hangers in the cupboards.

When I read the previous reviews I read that it was situated next to a busy road. I thought that the busy road was one of the roads on the golf estate but NO it's the road leading into Langebaan. Friday night was terrible with cars driving up and down making a noise till just before 2 in the morning. We were expecting Saturday to be even worse but it wasn't as bad. The apartment needs to have the walls and carpets professionally cleaned and softer and larger bath sheets would be great. I forgot to bring my pillow and battled with the pillows provided. The one lamp looks like it's been broken too.

The place itself was comfortable, it had everything one needs for a self catering stay. Even an iron and ironing board and pegs. I like the washing machine as well. The toiletries, teas and coffees and oil, this was good. The bed was very comfortable.

We were very unhappy with the booking itself, after we paid, it was very difficult to get hold of the property to know where to collect the keys. The telephone number on the booking.com is incorrect. So that made things miserable for us before we even got there. The other thing we didn't like, is that even though the property was lovely and comfortable, it is situated right next to the busy road and you hear vehicles all the time. Up and down. Night and day. There is a sliver of a sea view, but it is hardly visible and in the very far distance.
