The staff were good

Very noisy, right next to a busy road. Pool area..no toilet paper or hand washing equipment. Misleading advert

very nice home, clean and the location was fine. loved all the easy instructions which was very useful. the estate on the whole is beautiful... was so looking forward to using the pool as it was right opposite us and so ideal but the weather didn't allow it unfortunately. Took a lovely walk to the restuarant around the golf course and it was beautiful.

The first night hubby and I couldn't sleep because of the noise of the traffic which wasn't pleasant but I guess with time you get used the sound and the other two nights was ok..

Location was easy to find, the unit we stayed in was located over the main road and a bit noisy but it was not that bad. Supervisor and Owner is very friendly and always available to assist. Beds is very comfortable. And the 2bathrooms is very nice to have.

Parking area is a bit off a problem all the other vehicles have allocated space to park but the unit we stayed in parking was a bit further away. And its not really safe to stay with small kids in the unit because its upstairs and the braai area is very nice but i will not recommend someone with small children to stay there.

the view, the quietness,

the pool and club house was too far from thee house. I really thought the view would include the pool area. my one arm is blue from banging my arm on this one handle as you enter the main room

The apartment was clean and had everything a self-catering apartment should have and more. The braai area was excellent with a good view from the private balcony. It was our first stay in an apartment with our kids and they loved it. Wished we could have stayed more than two nights as there are other amenities in the estate and we did not have time to explore and enjoy these. Will definitely want to return.

Check-in should be at 14h00 instead of 15h00 in line with hotels. I however understand that it takes time to prepare the apartment for check-in.

The noisy traffic. I suppose to be expected as Langebaan has expanded exponentially during last six years.

Everything is neat and tidy. The apartment has everything, appliances are in working order. Beautiful set up and everything is on it's place.

Everything was excellent and enjoyed my stay.
