Minutes from Jerash archaeological park. Comfortable room with good heating (cold nights in December). Good value breakfast available. The owner was helpful and responsive. Good option in Jerash in a quiet location but near every thing. Would stay again.

The hotel message me that they need to move me to the other hotel with the same standard as they are under maintenance. However, the messages weren't clear, and when we landed, they sent a message that they were not connected with the other hotel and needed to cancel, and it was around 5 pm. It was such a mess. When we started looking for a new hotel, the other hotel contacted me on WhatsApp, that they waited for us, that was the only thing we liked.

I didn't like a lot of the things, the last-minute transfer to the other hotel, lack of communication, and a few things about the other hotel. But it is not this hotel as I didn't see the booked hotel, then what can I say.

The location was great, old Jerash was close by.

To be honest, we expected more of it. Especially the bathroom was crappy, the shower wasn't great at all. The beds weren't that good. Unfortunately; it surprised us as most of the reviews were positive.

This is a small place. The rooms were clean and cozy. The hotel is suitable for visiting historical monuments and nearby restaurants. Simple but very good breakfast. we had a small garden in front of our apartment. If you are looking for an accommodation close to the sights for a good price, its a place for you.

When we arrived there was no one in the hotel and he didn't even pick up the phone, after that we communicated via whatsapp messages and waited for the staff to arrive. It was a bit difficult to communicate in English and the lady who takes care of the hotel was not able to give us any information about the place. If she did, she said something in a moment that completely contradicted the original information.
