Location is great, nice spot to sit outside if you don't have a terrace

We agreed that we could check in at 12:00. However when we arrived there were still people in our room. We agreed that we would visit Jerash first but when we came back at 17:00, the people, who looked like friends of the owner, still were not gone. We had to wait for a long time and eventually they gave us another room without a balcony and offered a 5JD discount for the inconvenience and said that the room was the same price. We checked online and the room was actually cheaper, so we bargained for a free breakfast instead (8JD) which he accepted

The staff was super friendly and made my stay really comfortable. The location is right by the ruins and very calm place for a good night sleep.

Close to the archaeological site, not walking distance though. Basic rooms for a great price. Dinner and breakfast available at a fair price. The room also had aircon, fresh towels, shampoo and tea.

Very good location to visit the Jerash festival, just opposite of the street. And after the festival we had a nice view on the site from the terrace. The owner and staff in the hotel are very friendly. They have a little self service shop, which is very convenient and contributes to the relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast is good!
