The location is perfect. It was located in old town and close to restaurant , cafe , street food. And most important is staff name ILLIYA is very nice and helpful 👍

The receptionist guy was very unprofessional. He took my phone during my checkout and gave a 10/10 rating review using my account in booking.com WITHOUT my permission. Aside from that, i paid 70% extra more than the price displayed on booking.com. It does not include VAT, heritage, tourism taxes here on the app. The standard room has only one dim orange light above the bed, there were holes on the ceiling just outside the ensuite bathroom (told the staff to tape it but they said they couldn't do that, even with the hefty charges that i paid), no TV, no chair unless requested, no amenities except for soap and no soundproof. You can vividly hear people talking and watching videos on their phone in the room across from my room. Overall it's one of my worst hotel experience.
