Bed is too soft n not even ( please check the bed structure?). Would apprrciate if extra blanmet could be provided.

Convenience, as the location is central.

The bathroom could have been cleaner

I liked the cleanliness, location in the center of George Town near either the ferry terminal and the Komtar bus terminal. The staff was nice and helpful, particularly Illiya who gave a physical key to enter my room when I had problems to digit the code number on the door handle. In the common space, guests can have free coffee and tea, use the fridge., and work with their PC.

We booked our accommodation at the very last minute for New Year's Eve, so we felt lucky to find this place within our budget. We chose the twin room so we could have a window (not so easy to find in Penang!). The good thing about this place is the location, which is very convenient for exploring Georgetown, even though the street is very noisy. Also à good point is that the staff is very responsive by messaging on WhatsApp.

We found it very basic, at the limit of what is acceptable . We don't ask for much from our accommodations, but there was nothing about this room and bathroom that made us feel well. One of the two beds was very uncomfortable; it felt like a waterbed! Fortunately, we loved Georgetown and spent most of our time outdoors.

The bathroom is located publically which felt uncomfortable to use and the room was very small which had only 2 beds and a aircond thats all for a twin room.

Mattress, pillows and blanket are nice and comfy. Staff are nice. Location is pretty good.

Cleanliness not that good, even for a low cost room. We had an issue with many small ants on our floor hiding under our luggage

Convenient location and affordable price

As a mother of two children, having to climb up four floors is extremely inconvenient for me, especially as I suffer from knee pain. While it is appreciated that each floor is equipped with a shared hair dryer, the lack of an iron on each floor is disappointing. Guests are required to walk all the way to the reception area just to iron their clothes. This arrangement is very unfriendly and inconvenient, particularly for families with children, elderly guests, or those with physical discomfort.
