Close location to the sea and the city, nice and quiet neighborhood.
Lack of wardrobes was a major inconvenience. The stove heated up very slowly which made it difficult to quickly prepare a meal for the family. Cleanliness also left much to be desired — damp towels, standing water in the washing machine, unclean shower and a dirty toothbrush cup as examples. We got our deposit back without any problems but we had to ask for it a day earlier due to our early departure. It was nice that the owner agreed but we had to wait over an hour for someone to come and check the apartment.

Apartman je u blizini gradske rive što je odlična stvar, do centra Novalje ima 10 minuta laganim hodom, gazdarica je odlična i ljubazna osoba, sa povratkom depozita nismo imali nikakvih problema.
Apartman je jako malen i nije za 4 osobe, maximalno 3 osobe. U apartmanu fali ormar, nema ga niti u sobi niti igdje. Balkon je zatvoren u staklu, ali to je zato jer jedna osoba spava na balkonu na fotelji za razvlačenje. Štednjak je na struju, stan nema kuhalo za vodu pa kuhanje baš i nije moguće.
