Stylish Ocean Dr Apt w/ 2 Queen Beds, Across Beach

The location was great and close to Ocean Dr, Espanola Way and Lincoln Rd. Very walkable.

The unit needs extensive updating. The bathroom shower faucet was broken making difficult to get hot water, the outlets in the bathroom didn't work, the bathroom door was deteriorating and we found a cockroach on the kitchen floor before it ran under the cabinets. There is no stove top in the unit as described however there are two hot plates in the cabinets that worked. The beds were moderately comfortable but the furnishings were less than desirable. If you are looking for an inexpensive place near the ocean but are not expecting too much, this place will work. The location was it's best feature and very walkable to Lincoln Rd, Espanola Way, and Ocean Drive.

It’s easy access to the beach Loved the terrace could sit and hear the live entertainment that they had across the street near the beach on the lawn. Lots of stores and things to do on the strip across from the beach.

Need better beds. The mattress was definitely uncomfortable. Need to supply more wash cloths and towels without a fee. And the Air unit needs to be updated. It was a tad bit hot in the unit. Also, the hot water level needs to be turned up 😕 I do not like taking cold or Luke warm showers
