KZThe location is good, not in the historical center, but rather close-by foot about 25min to the funicular or directly via Carrara Academy up to the hill.. we used both paths. The most important-tram to the Central Railway Station (Bergamo FS)!! Only 3 stops/5min. We found this exceptional, as we planned to travel to other cities. All you need in the kitchen is available! Plus a big refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave oven, dishwasher. Big terrace with jacuzzi (which we didn't use) and super useful-you can see the tram schedule board from this terrace 😅👌. All in all, we had a good vacation with our friends!! It was of great value to have 2 separate bedrooms with 2 separate bathrooms- what we were looking for, while choosing the apartment for 8 nights. Just for info- taxi from Central Railways costs around 15€. Taxi could be easily p/u at the Railway Station- Bergamo FS
Rather new for us-self check-in/check-out. You should take into account (even if your stay is already paid), you'll get full and complete instructions for check-in 1 day prior to your arrival. Communication before check-in is only via Booking.com. The floor was not washed properly by cleaning company. You should take bath accessories, as you have them in the apartment just to start of your stay.
ITI really loved my stay in the property,and it was very neat and tidy,i would definitely love to visit again,and it was great value for money,and also in a very good location and environment which was not far from the Bergamo train station,lastly means of transportation was very easy
