Absolutely beautiful 2 bedroom unit with a full kitchen, tub, balcony with a view, and washing machine. The beds are so comfortable as well. There’s also a couple beach chairs and beach balls in the closet which was nice to have. The front desk has an endless supply so of water bottles for your stay. I also want to mention that the beach attendants were gracious and checked in on us often.

There was a constant noise coming from the washing machine which disrupted our sleep at night - an incessant clicking sound which we couldn’t figure out so we blasted a white noise app which helped a little. Otherwise a very nice unit with all the amenities!

I loved that it felt like home away from home. We were so comfortable and the property managers were very attentive and helpful.

Beautiful apartment well located and adapted to kids. Grocery shopping very close. The beach across the street was great

Neighbors smoking weed on their balcony which brings the smell all the way to our apartment. The waiting time everytime you need your car. This mandatory valet parking is annoying and expensive. The 60USD amenities is not justified. Pool is functional but average.

The only complaint we have is that you can no longer use the main pool when booking a residence. We loved that pool and the cabanas. Major disappointment when we had planned to do a pool day with cabana service. We were told we could buy pool passes for an extremely high price of $125 a person. Thats ridiculous.

Not very clean , the sofa bed still had a dirty sheet on it and it had been folded away . The property had been advertised to us showing the two pools but on arrival we were told we had no access to the hotel pool unless we wanted to pay $100 per day per person. The other pool was very small and had no pool bar . We still had to pay the service fee daily of $62 which was also advertised as a bar credit included of $35 daily yet we were also told on arrival that wasn’t available either . The property and its benefits were falsely advertised to us and so I feel it was not good value for money. When dealing with staff at the property reception I also found them very unhelpful. When i contacted the property owners/ man company they just said these benefits were no longer available and sent a bottle of tequila to the apartment as a resolution?

Location.

This is a rustic cabin set up in a condo. Hardly anything matches - it sleeps six but has four chairs to eat? The doors are terrible. AC is like being in the matrix. Door itself lock pad is even broken. Grease everywhere above the stove top!
