Classy 2 bed-sleeps 4-king& twin rooms-free parking-close to town & beach

Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Stylish decor, accessories etc. Nice internal ambience. Peaceful location. Chosen by us because we wanted to be near Holy Trinity Church for an evening concert, which this was. Very helpful communication from property manager and use of parking permit for Exmouth car parks which was very useful. Arrival and departure all very straightforward.

Only minor issues: parking outside property for unloading and loading only - but this was easily managed by us. 10am check out time felt a little early: maybe 10.30 or 11.00 could be considered, but appreciate cleaning schedules.

Lack of garden space and parking - but knew about parking before visit

The bed was super comfortable and luxurious so we were comfortable and it was a nice space to be in. The court yard was a great space for us to sit out in and the decor was pretty throughout the property. The host was welcoming and accommodating to us and our needs and provided information that was really helpful. Location was close to everything and great access to local things close by.

I think if you were going as a couple the upstairs area is functional and works well, but because the lounge area is by the bedrooms and toilet it was a bit to intimate at times so lacked privacy and was a struggle for people with disabilities and you'd have to be aware of noise while using the lounge/toilet as it's next to the bedrooms if people were sleeping so we used the downstairs area and not the top lounge during our stay. Whilst it was clean enough, it was more so the floors as walking around bare foot we had black soles on our feet afterwards so could do with a really good deep clean on the floors. When using the shower it was hard not to get water on the floor outside of it due to the shower screen/ door so it was slippery and one of the older guest did slip when using the shower.

The house was amazing in every way facilities and location was so good comfy beds and so much in the house really enjoyed our stay

I liked every thing about the property could not fault it

The property was close to the town centre and east walking distance to the beach and local long stay car parks. The property was spacious and had much more than we thought with 2 toilets and separate seating areas for families which like to watch different TV choices. The property was also dog friendly. I would definable recommend.

The only thing that would like to have seen but not possible due to location - so nothing to not like. Not having used an induction hob before, would be handy to leave instructions on how to work the hob.

The cottage is in a great location close to the town & a 10 minute walk to the beach . The property was clean & well equipped & clear instructions were given before arrival on anything we needed to know

Garden was too small to be effective for dogs and children Parking. We tried our best to follow the parking rules but we are now waiting to see if we have any fines.
