Relatively easy process and nice setup for the rooms and common spaces

We were moved to a smaller room on the day of arrival. The codes didn’t work and I had to wait a while to get in and settled. There was only two beds - the second was a pullout from under and it was really dirty bed linen. the third that was advertised was advertised was a tiny arm chair that would only fit a child. So I had to book another property for my third colleague on the day of arrival.
