"Perfect spot for a short stay in the Tampa area"

Everything was really great - the house was spotless, the kitchen was fully equipped and by that I mean you also get things like coffee and basic cooking necessities and two types of (really good) coffee. The location is quiet, but you get everything nearby, and it's a good starting point if you want to visit Tampa, St. Pete or go north to Crystal River. Or you can stay in and enjoy the pool on a rainy day :)

Apart from not having enough time to visit the beaches (we failed at planning) nothing!

"Excellent for families, above and beyond hospitality!"

The house was perfect for our Spring Break trip with 2 families and young kids. They had a pack & play crib and high chair for the toddler, and the older kids loved the mini golf course and pool table. The location is great, only a few minutes away from the Florida Botanic Garden (which is free!!) and 10-15 mins away from Indian Rocks Beach. My friend's kid left a beloved stuffie and the hosts went out of their way to mail it back to them in Texas, which is above and beyond hospitality. Excellent hosts!

The washer and dryer were a little finicky, like it wouldn't stop when you opened it so it was a bit of a gamble to add a shirt or lose your hand. Otherwise everything was great!

"Perfect for what we needed."

We were traveling with three littles under the age of three. There was plenty of space for us. The play set in the back yard was the perfect touch. We will definitely stay here again!

"We enjoyed all the extras and the proximity to the beaches."

There were extras like the pool table on the porch and some outdoor activities for my 20+ kids that they enjoyed. They had every imaginable kitchen utensil and some spices for use, something you really don't think to purchase. All the rooms had tv's so it that was a nice retreat for myself and family members. The decor is super cute and beachy-loved that too!

Everything offered was what I was hoping for to accommodate my family.
