The property was very nice and easy access to the gondola. The staff was excellent, friendly, helpful and professional. We loved the ski valet service.

The hotel was a bit like a maze and slightly confusing with the multi levels and different connection levels, but we quickly became familiar with the help of the map.

The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is great.

The location was nice and it was helpful to have access to food and snacks on the property. The kids activity center was a pleasant surprise and the staff there was excellent. The guest services were helpful with luggage and food delivery. Our check in process was fast and efficient.

We were extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency about the indoor/outdoor pool being closed and how the staff handled this situation. My kids and I were so excited for this pool but no one gave us any warning of it being closed the day before we arrived. The Marriott was apparently transparent enough to have this on their website. It was sad to watch kids freeze outside at the only other “kid pool” and to feel like the staff didn’t care about the kids level of comfort, just the adults who were there to ski. The hotel had another indoor pool for adults but refused to let kids come in there, even for a few hours each day. It was disrespectful to the mothers and to human life. I saw a 6 month old and his mom freeze outside in a snowstorm by the outdoor “kid” pool while she was watching her older kids play in that pool. It was extremely disappointing. The next day multiple employees brought out a little heater that didn’t even work for her. It was disgusting to see how her needs just didn’t matter. And then all the adults took over the outdoor hot tub, so kids couldn’t even go in there either!! I hope this hotel does better. It has so much potential.

Easy access from hotel to 2 lifts. Ski valet service was a good option. Also, having the ski rental on site was good as well. Did like DBB for dinner and had breakfast there twice. Also, the shuttle service was very convenient to get into town as we didn't rent a car.

Layout of the hotel isn't very good. You have to take 2 elevators for skiing. Also wish the ski locker area was on the street level so you could just walk out. Note, the "breakfast" in the title just means you can cook it in the room. The property doesn't provide any free breakfast.
