The location was fantastic. Checkin was easy, though the owner said they would meet us there but they didn't. Having two bathrooms was great.

Despite what the owner said in response to a review, there is construction in two adjoining rooms from 8:00 am every day that will last at least another month to six weeks, minimum. They are literally hammering and drilling into the wall that shares the bedroom and living room. Sitting on the couch they are hammering into the wall that is behind your head. It feels like they will breach the wall as you sit there. It will be at least 4-6 weeks of this, they have barely started. Super loud and annoying. If you hope to sleep past 8:00 or relax there during the day, it won't happen. The air conditioning only cools one room, and constantly shuts off as many people have pointed out. The owner claims it is powerful enough for the apartment but the layout makes it impossible no matter the math. It was 35 celsius when we were there, so it was pretty hot and sticky. The bed is so so and there is only one long pillow for two people which is not optimal and is just odd. There are bad smells in the apartment and with the constant construction you can't open the windows to air it out, and if you do, the neighbours smoke in the courtyard so it all wafts in. We bought three air fresheners at the chinese bazaar down the street to help with the stench. There is a good kitchen but it is very bare on utensils. There is no sharp knife, no cutting board, no spatula, no tongs or oven mitts and the "toaster" is the dumbest invention ever, toasting only one side of the bread at a time. Also, there is no hot water in the kitchen sink or in the back bathroom, not matter how long you run the water so you can't wash out a fry pan for example if you used oil in it unless you use the other bathroom sink. There is a dishwasher but not everything goes into a dishwasher. I had to ask three times where to park before I got an answer. The parking is about 10 minutes walk (not three) but sometimes you have to circle for a long time before a spot opens.

The apartment is nothing like advertised. Parts of it are still on construction, and there is mold and cockroaches. Also the things they offer are the bare minimum (2 forks in a house for 4, almost no soap/detergent/trash bags/toilet paper), there are a lot of lights that don't work and overall smells bad.

A localização do apartamento é excelente, permitindo fácil acesso a tudo o que precisávamos. O anfitrião foi super atencioso e solícito, sempre disponível para ajudar. O apartamento estava limpo e é muito jeitoso, mas infelizmente notámos um cheiro não muito agradável, possivelmente devido às obras que estavam a decorrer no exterior, e os quartos apresentavam algum odor de humidade. No geral, foi uma boa estadia, com aspetos positivos que, com pequenos ajustes, poderá tornar-se ainda melhor.

Mucha humedad, se nota nada mas entrar al apartamento. No se pueden abrir las ventanas por la noche por el ruido del equipo exterior de los aparatos del aire acondicionado. Solo tiene aire acondicionado en el salón y se apagaba constantemente la estancia no se hace acogedora.

Las camas y almohadas son cómodas, la cocina está bien equipada.

Para empezar no pienso volver, cuando llegamos y les llamo para coger las llaves, ya en la misma puerta de la casa, me dicen por teléfono que hay una obra justo al lado de la vivienda y que tienen las arquetas levantadas, que no se abran las ventanas ni acceso a los patios porque si no entran olores y cucarachas. El piso se queda totalmente cerrado sin poder airearse y con una humedad increíble, que para sorpresa solo hay un único aire en toda la casa y está en el salón, que está alejado de las habitaciones y en las habitaciones no hay ni un ventilador si quiera. Para colmo el último día, nos despertamos con ruidos super fuertes de las obras y es que estaban tirando el mismo muro del patio de la vivienda, el cual no nos informan, hasta que no les escribo ese mismo día, que es un patio comunitario pero que el propietario lo tenia cerrado con acceso a su casa. El susto fue tremendo porque estábamos tan tranquilos por la casa y de pronto desde una de las ventanas que daban al patio vimos las caras de los obreros, que ellos nos podían ver en la casa (faltando a nuestra intimidad) Si os gusta el mal olor a poceta, las cucarachas que se ven en el patio y que por las noches se les escuchaba intentando entrar, la sensación a humedad, los ruidos de que te están tirando el muro de la pared de al lado y los sustos de encontrarte a alguien que te puede ver andando tranquilamente por la casa, este es tu sitio. Me puse en contacto con ellos para informarles de esto porque me parece que es surrealista que se alquile el piso en estas condiciones, y me comunicaron que lo sentía pero que es un patio comunitario y que tienen permisos de obras y no pueden ayudarnos. Creo que la forma correcta sería que cuando alquilas te pide que le mandes una solicitud al propietario y por ahí te avisen de que te van a encontrar unas obras con estás circunstancias. No en la misma puerta al entrar...
