- the host is very friendly and responsive - the bed is super comfortable - the light cancellation is very good - the room is modern and clean, the bathroom is very big

- we were asked to advise 30min in advance when we would arrive, which we did. When we were ready to check in, we still had to wait for ten minutes before the host arrived. - there is not enough hot water for two people to shower one after the other. Moreover, thanks to a free upgrade, which we really appreciated, I had been looking forward to taking a bath all day, but that was entirely impossible with the small amount of hot water. - the breakfast is very basic: a drink and a brioche - the noise cancellation is not good. We were woken up multiple times by noise from outside.
