Luxury 3BR Apt Puerto Banus - Terrace - Near Beach

Apartamentul este situat jntr-o zona foarte bună a Puerto Banus

Ar trebui sa acorde mai multa atenție pentru curățenia din apartament.Pacat ca este fff bine amplasat.

Perfect location, very spacious property with kitchen included. Staff were friendly!

Aircon did not work - one of the main reasons we chose this property was for the aircon too. Also there was a lot of ants around the property. Mainly in the kitchen and in one of the bathrooms☹️

What not to like. Firstly the location, the location is absolutely perfect. Myself and my family have been to Marbella 4 times now, every time staying in different hotels. Although every hotel has also been amazing, the location of this apartment is unmatched. You are so incredibly close to everything. The supermarket at the right of you, Puerto Banus Shopping mall directly infront of you. All the quirky boutiques directly outside, lots of restaurants. The marina can be seen from the pool terrace. And is just a 2 minute walk. You can again see the beautiful panoramic beach from the pool terrace. The pool wasn’t open until June, there were no signs of this. But the terrace was still available to use with plenty of beds. Often we were the only people out there, it felt very homely. The apartment was so well equipped we were and still are in disbelief how lucky we got finding this apartment. We cannot wait to come back, so well furnished and clean. The apartment owner and friends, so accommodating. We met after arrival after almost 1am, were let in. Briefly shown around, messaged just once to let us know if we needed anything, they’re only a message away. And we were left to our own accord until we dropped the keys off on our last day. Truly a magical find, we hope to come back to this apartment several times. Very grateful and cannot recommend enough.

The pool wasn’t open, there were no signs or pre warning of this. And the showers and water facilities weren’t working around the pool terrace area. This however was not the apartment owners fault, and to be honest a very minor inconvenience. We are still beyond satisfied with our stay, and this does not change our view or opinion. We still cannot wait to return and will be telling all of our friends about this special find.
