I had a truly disappointing experience staying at this semi-basement apartment. From the start, it was clear this place was poorly managed. There were no proper duvets, just a filthy, thin blanket that barely provided any comfort. Despite a 4-night reservation, I was given only one pair of towels, which is completely unacceptable. There was no reception service whatsoever, leaving me feeling unsupported during my stay (not surprising, considering it's a basement). The lack of basic amenities and cleanliness made this one of the worst apartments I’ve ever stayed in.

tv in bedroom didn't work, no hot water in shower, no internet/wifi.
GBReally lovely room, clean, comfy, everything was very nice and new. The hosts were helpful when I was messaging them before I arrived to confirm the address and check in process. The location was decent considering I was catching an early ferry the next morning.
The lights were extremely bright, with no lamps or dimmer options. Would be nice to have an option in between darkness & something akin to the surface of the sun. Also, it would have been nice to have wifi as since the apartment is in a semi-basement, the data connection is very bad. Other than that I really enjoyed it.
