Comfortable accommodation equipped with everything you need. Located in city centre and next long walk and castle

it was difficult to curry the luggage using the stair to the rooms.

Location was good

We were on a working holiday and two of us own a business. There was no working wifi! At no time did the agency resolve the problem. We were told that the system was down although the neighbor had no problem. We were told to use our data. When we arrived the house was like a freezer. It took a better part of the night to warm up - 4 of us now have a brutal cold. The upper bathrooms had a sewer like smell. One toilet seat was broken and there was a hole in the wall (pictures can be provided). The bedding was filthy (pictures can be provided) . There was only 1 hair dryer and we had to buy dish washer pods ( coffee maker was filthy when we tried to use it) Paid for parking but still got fined!
