Elma is an incredibly helpful host! She’s very easy to reach and responds quickly. The place had everything I needed and was exactly what I was looking for. I had a wonderful two-night stay!

I have a couple of suggestions that I hope Elma might consider for future stays. As someone who values comfort, I’d be happy to pay a little extra for improved amenities. Here are my suggestions: 1. Towels: The towels are somewhat thin and tend to absorb odors quickly. A thicker, more absorbent towel would be a great improvement. 2. Blankets: The blankets are also thin. I tend to need more warmth, even in warmer weather, and the thin blanket didn’t provide enough warmth. A slightly thicker blanket would enhance comfort during the stay. 3. Dining/Working Table: The small round table used for dining is a bit cramped for two people. A rectangular table might offer more space, and a foldable working table would be a huge plus, especially for someone like me who travels frequently for work. I hope these suggestions help improve the comfort and functionality of the space. Thank you for considering them, Elma!

The flat itself is great, better than expected. Building is new, clean with good facilities. right at the center of Cubao, Manila. And the host was very responsive and helpful.
