AUPerfectly acceptable accommodation for a couple of nights. Kitchenette and laundry would be helpful for a longer stay, but I didn’t need them. Great location with lots of food options nearby.
There was only a hair drying brush rather than a regular hair dryer. I’d prefer not to use a tool that has other people’s hair stuck in it. Wish the water in the shower got hot!

The front desk staff were poorly trained & did not provide any glimpse of customer service. This building was more targeted for a local clientele who dont give a hoot about good service. There were damaged electrical wires showing
IDI didn't realise this room was right at the mall. It was a super cute space, a couch, comfortable bed, little kitchen table set up and a washing machine. I only wish I could have stayed longer!! Just a one minute walk from the residence reception to the mall which has lots of restaurants and shopping. I didn't get time to explore outside the residence but I passed beautiful neighbourhoods and trees in the Grab when I was leaving!
I loved it all, only the construction noise on the day of check out was very loud, but overall I loved it
NZLocation, clean & reasonably secure. Wide range of food outlets & supermarket. Able to cook our own meals. Able to do our own washing with washing machine in the apartment. Host did respond quickly ti any concerns
Nothing really, bed was a bit hard, amenities were on the light side, had to ask for additional towels etc. however host did accommodate when asked

USIt was so close to the mall it was right behind it. The apt is clean and decorated perfectly. The washer was great having stayed here before heading home.

PHThe unit itself is very nice. It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The Venice Grand Canal Mall is only a short walk from the unit, and BGC High Street is only a short drive away.
Check-in process at the front desk was tedious. We were asked to fill out a five-page document (that is actually only applicable to tenants and not condo guests) upon arrival.
