There was no hot shower, only one shower gel and one towel were provided per room (additional towels were only available upon request), the room key was left at the door during check-in, the master bathroom door was not functioning properly :(

We had a very pleasant and satisfying stay at HelloKitty House. The place was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. We especially loved the Hello Kitty theme throughout the house — from the bedding to the decorations, everything was so cute and well-matched. It was a fun and memorable experience, especially for Hello Kitty fans. The host was also very friendly and helpful. She recommended some interesting local attractions and good places to eat, which made our short trip even more enjoyable. The location was peaceful and perfect for a family or small group getaway.

There was no water heater in the bathroom, so the water was quite cold during showers. It would be great if a water heater could be installed in the future to make the stay even more comfortable.
