The site was small and quiet which was perfect for our little break. My girls enjoyed the pool and a couple of activities. The staff were fantastic, they were friendly and helpful especially after an incident occurred where we had something stolen in the club during a family game. We didn't get the item back and it's costing us a few hundred pounds to replace, but I can't fault the staff and how they helped us! The accommodation was clean, comfortable and adequate for the price we paid.

Other than having something stolen in the clubhouse, there wasn't anything that we didn't particularly like. The only slightly negative issues I would say we found with the accommodation were, the main door was difficult to close. The bedroom door on the double room didn't open well from the outside. The lamp in the living room was broken on our arrival and main living room ceiling light didn't work....we changed the bulb. The hot water tap in the bath not working was a bit annoying but we just used the shower to fill the bath each time so wasn't too big a deal!

Clean, tidy, and comfortable. The shower was good. Ideal base to explore Cornwall.

There are no instructions to turn the hot water on. More soft seating. There are no bedside lamps in the bedrooms and no broom.

Nice location and well stocked with all the necessary things you would need. The holiday park was very nice and well kept. We had a lovely time. Good value for money.

Rather run down, lots of broken items, and tired furniture and fittings. Needs a deep clean. Passable on the surface and the bedding was clean, but mould, dirt and debris in corners, under furniture and cushions etc.

The property is quite large for 2 people. 2 train stations close for access to St Ives etc. Hayle is beautiful.

Hi, where do I start? Upon arrival we noticed a few things & through out our stay we noticed more every day. I did try to ring the owner but they never answered the phone. The gutters full of debris and grass. There was no lock on toilet door. Workmen staying in some of the adjacent houses & their large trucks in car park taking up spaces. No wardrobe curtains covers to protect our clothes. Odd internal doors. The Hob didn't work & I did try to download instructions from the web! No underlay on any of the carpets & a few stains. Stains on settee & bedding. Mould under stairs, on the loft hatch and kitchen tiles, also it was on the Curtains. The oven was grubby, we had to clean it! Dust everywhere even though it had just been cleaned a few hours before we arrived. The front UPVC door was not aligned so we had to bang it to close it. Showerhead rail loose & kept falling off,. Holes in bedroom one ceiling. The washing up sponge was so dirty we just moved it & bought another one. The WIFI was hit and miss then died all day on Tuesday. I have photos of all of this. The property was poor & not worth the money. We left on Thursday morning instead of staying until Saturday as we were so appalled & fed up. Reviews left recently back up what were saying. If your budget can stretch a bit further book somewhere else!

Everything. No enough hot water, we had to boil the water and use it. Mould. Microwave wasn’t working and locker door broken from previous guest but if you read the reviews it’s already a month . They let us checked in early, the house was dirty and the bed not made. When we back at the property in the evening, our stuff was gone and when we called they said they thought was from the previous guest, without even check first with them or us. Our daughter is 3 months old and they took even her food, her clothes !! They didn’t apologize but give us the fault because we checked in early ( I have the message where they said that we were able to do it ).!! Please avoid this place

Good size accommodation.

It could sleep 6 comfortably but on an evening it didn’t sit 6 comfortably. The bathroom door lock was broken. The microwave was some what dodgers to open, there was no instructions about the holiday park or how to use the hob.

Not being able to contact somebody to attend to our problems and issues. The front door (the only door) was sticking and was difficult to open and close. The TV didn't work, even when I went and bought new batteries for the remote controller. The bathroom was NOT fit for purpose There was mould, and dirt around the bath, tiles, and shower pipework. The shower head support pipe was about to come away from the wall. The extractor fan didn't work. The sink unit overhead light didn't work. There were dirty marks on walls and the sink unit cupboard. The microwave door opening button was about to come off, and it was difficult to open the door; plus, the inside of the unit smelt awful inside! We didn't use it! The kitchen bin was broken. The sofa was tired and uncomfortable, plus it had dirty marks on it. There was a big hole in the main bedroom ceiling, opposite the headboard; easily big enough for vermin to pass through!! The whole house felt dog-eared, tired, and in need of some serious attention. This property should NOT be rented out, it's not fit for purpose!!!
