We had a fantastic stay at the property. Perfect for those looking to get away from city life and get a bit of nature - without being too far away from conveniences a young family would be want (Town of Deal within 8 to 10 min drive; a few neighborhood pubs nearby; 5 minute walk to the waterfront where you get some great views of the cliff). Owners keep the place super tidy and are incredibly gracious hosts. We were also good luck with the weather which made our time there even more amazing!

Nothing in particular, but it works best if you are driving your own or a rental car given the location (a vacation home meant to be away from the really busy areas).

"Great friends’ getaway location"

Superb location, tranquil and scenic but easy distance to amenities and a couple of fab local pubs. Good on site facilities- nice pool, snack van, mini golf. Very attractive well-equipped accommodation with everything we needed and more, from insect repellent to cafetière coffee, board games to bin bags. Comfy beds and cosy seated area, perfect for our friends’ catch-up weekend.

Can’t fault it. Accommodation was perfect for our needs, very fairly priced, and went beyond our expectations.

The stairs are very steep when you have little ones, might be worth mentioning to bring a baby gate with you

Friendly host, good communication. Cosy feel, homely. Good location, family-friendly area. Easy check-in. I would come back again.

Small pots and pans for a family of six. There was hair on the bedding. The outside table could do with updating.
