Convenient to stockyards
Brown stains on the wall and floor rug in master bathroom ( not sure what they were from). Crumbs on kitchen countertops, rugs and in refrigerator. Bed linens didn’t seem to be clean or fresh in master bedroom (when we pulled top coverings off sheets appeared wrinkled and stained). Pots and pans and silverware had to be washed before using. Coffee pot carafe was leaking around rim when pouring and leaking everywhere.

Fantastic location, very cute house with great facilities, David was easy to deal with and very accomodating. We had a fantastic time, you felt at home when you walked in the door. Front door and gate had codes for the locks so as a group we didn't need to worry about who had keys which is great. Comfy beds, comfy chairs/couch, definitely recommend staying there, if I'm in Fort Worth again I'll look it up again.
Only minor things we noted was that there was no drying rack for clothes and the ironing board was a hard to figure out how to use, the porch swing could use some lubricant to lessen the squeak, but it was so lovely to be able to chill on a porch swing so we didn't mind that too much.
