"Would NOT recommend AT ALL!!"

1.0

Nothing

Old foam beds, washing machine didn't work, outside light takes too long to come on so fell and hurt myself on a step didnt know was there! Bath mat soaking wet on arrival. Old towels like my grandmother's and only 1 per person, no hand towels. Owner terrible to deal with!!

"Despite the exterior, it’s a nice little place. Nice enough for a night or two,"

4.0

On a night with a set of lights on, blinds down, heating on, it’s quite a nice little place. There’s everything you need with some excellent helpful little after thoughts, like milk coffee and tea supplied. You’re given enough of everything like shampoo, shower gel, towels left out, etc. randomly there was some dairylea and yoghurt? Made me question if this was a holiday place or a home. Still, it was nice enough.

The location is awful. There’s no parking and the exterior needs some much much needed TLC. There’s a football academy at the back of the property that is loud on a morning and the makeshift beds weren’t very comfy. The tv wasn’t great either.

"Poor run down property in a run down area."

2.0

Was somewhere dry to sleep and have a shower.

The property is run down and in a very run down location with neighbours that had domestic incidents including woman screaming, doors banging and a man shouting. Access is through a gate and then a dark walk to a bottom flat door, the passageway smelt unpleasant. Upon accessing the key in a lock box and entering the property the entrance and stairs lead up to a lounge. There is a double bed in the lounge up the corner (not in picture), a corridor to the back bedroom with the kitchen to the right and a bathroom to the left. The kitchen was basic with plates, glasses and pans on the work surface. A fridge and a freezer with leftover food in them. There was a microwave and a cooker. I only dared use the microwave. There is a washer-dryer but the dryer did not work. The Bathroom was shabby but functional. The door to the bathroom does not open fully as it hits the sloping ceiling. You have to enter towards the toilet, close the door to get to the sink and shower. The shower worked fine. The bedroom has a double bed in it with a yellow foam mattress. It smelt and looked as though the bed has not been changed. There are basic bedside lights and two built in Wardrobes. Because of the beds state I opted not to use the bedroom bed. The lounge has a 2 seater sofa, high table and a double bed in the corner. There is a TV but with a small indoor aerial the tv signal is patchy and it was easier to watch Programmes on my iPad. The lounge double bed was again a yellow foam mattress which had a thin white sheet over it and a grey duvet. The bed was also shabby and I slept on top of the duvet in a sleeping bag. There seemed no way to turn on the heating. The whole place made me feel yuk! I was glad to leave.

Plenty of space, very comfortable! There Is also a nice and relaxing view on a green grass from living room.

Some more pots and pans could be useful for cooking
