"Disappointing"

View

It needed cleaning. Carpets not vacuumed and showers covered in mould. Upstairs bathroom smelled on arrival. Mattress protectors stained. Crockery was supposed to be in dishwasher having been cleaned ready for our use. It was not -it had fingerprints on glasses. Door lock on toilet downstairs faulty. No wardrobes in two of the bedrooms.
