"Good location, friendly staff, a nice comfort option in the city"

We had an early flight and they let us leave our luggage there before check in. The workers were very nice and accommodating, and the location was very central to the activities we wanted to do. The room was comfortable and had a little kitchenette if needed. Bed was comfortable, and the blackout curtains helped with the light and sounds from the busy highway nearby.

There were some stains and marks on the comforter. We woke up one night to a bug of some sort (maybe a tick or a small cockroach) on the bed, and when trying to get rid of it, it got squished and spurted blood on the sheet. Then is when we realized the other marks on the comforter seemed to be from bug squishes. I wish we knew what it was. Other than that, the TV didn't really work well which was a bit annoying while trying to watch the World Cup.

Está en una avenida, bien ubicado, con comercios y restaurantes muy cerca

Hubo un problema técnico, el water tenía una fuga de agua que ensuciaba el piso, pero el personal de limpieza lo limpió rápidamente

Cuando llegué el guardia me dijo que mi reservacion no estaba que el no me tenía en la lista, llame a los números de contacto nadie me respondió le mostré al guardia mi reservacion pagada y me tuvo esperando por casi 20 min

"Cómodo y ubicación perfecta para ir a Reforma y Chapultepec."

La ubicación está excelente y cuenta con estacionamiento, queda cerca de Paseo de La Reforma y puedes ir caminando al Museo de Antropología y Chapultepec, Polanco también está cerca en coche o si deseas caminar la zona está bien. La cama muy cómoda, la habitación limpia y equipada con refri, cocineta, comedor y bajilla. Muy funcional para el descanso durante una noche.

No tiene Aire Acondicionado, tenía un abanico que hacía demasiado ruido, les comentamos y si nos hicieron favor de cambiarlo, todo bien; pero al salir y regresar a la habitación nos dimos cuenta que entraron nuevamente a cambiar el abanico mientras no estábamos ahí.
