La Cerasa - vista Lago di Bracciano e giardino privato

Very homey and quiet. Felt like a home away from home, and my kids loved running around the gardens and playing outside. Great views of the Lake as well!

In assoluto tutto: la posizione con la vista mozzafiato sul lago, la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari, che ci hanno omaggiato anche di un favoloso cesto di primizie del loro orto, la pulizia e la cura di ogni minimo particolare. In una parola: l'ambiente piacevole e sereno.

Nulla da segnalare in assoluto.

Siamo stati molto bene, anche I nostri gemelli si sono trovati molto bene.Cada molto bella, giardino bellissimo, letti comodi, aria condizionata . I proprietari sono stati carinissimi, il posto magico e i ricordi ci riportano indietro nel tempo...🙂

A beautiful and cozy place with a wonderful view of Lake Bracciano. The hosts Giovanni and Maria were very kind to us, treating us to homemade wine and marmalade. On the territory of the house there is a well-kept garden and vegetable garden with tomatoes, Italian herbs and fig trees. The house is well equipped, with a refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. The beach of Lake Bracciano is 3 minutes by car, and the town of Bracciano is also 3 minutes in the other direction, from where we went to Rome by train (1 hour).

The plot is terraced and the entrance to the apartment is on the second level. It can be a bit difficult with a large suitcase.

È stato tutto bellissimo, dalla casa al panorama e ai servizi! Il Signor Giovanni e la Signora Maria sono state persone gentilissime, e abbiamo mangiato per giornate buonissima verdura dell'orto!

Giovanni and Maria were wonderful, welcoming hosts who went out of their way to make us feel at home - they were helpful and communicative, plus Giovanni’s tour of the garden, vegetable garden, and him telling us about the history of Bracciano castle, which we could see from the garden, was a lovely addition. The apartment is clean and well-decorated with everything we needed to make our stay a good one. The views of Lake Bracciano are absolutely beautiful and the garden a very peaceful location to have a relaxing morning coffee or a pleasant dinner! Thank you again Giovanni and Maria.

There were no problems!

Gianni and Maria are very gracious hosts. The house was well stocked with all of the essentials, as well as a little extra finery such as vegetables from their garden, homemade marmalade, and a bottle of wine to welcome us.

Our holiday was great❤️ The villa is located in a quiet, beautiful place, not far from the city. The windows offer a beautiful view of the lake. It is especially cozy when you go out into the garden and cicadas are singing around you. Also the garden has a barbecue area, a recreation area, all in flowers. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, you relax both your soul and body. The owners, Giovanni and Maria, are the most sincere and sweet people, they surrounded you with care and attention. It feels like family and you have known them for a hundred years!

Amazing view from that large window of the lake Fabulous air con ( needed it was hot !!) Spacious lounge / dining / kitchen area Water purifier :first time we have not had to buy lots of plastic bottles for drinking water Even shower gel and shampoo and conditioner was provided ! They thought of everything ! Lovely private garden area Hosts very friendly and hospitable : gave us homemade wine and home grown tomatoes and basil : delicious and we caught up for a drink before dinner on our last night too ! They spoilt us ! Great quiet location in between the lake and town
