A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in per house. This will be pre-authorized on your debit or credit card upon arrival and automatically released from your card after departure, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment by debit cards will charge the security deposit of EUR 200 to your bank account, which is manually refunded by the property within 7 days of departure. This will occur after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the rental terms and conditions have been complied with. Please note that failure to leave the accommodations in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge an increased mandatory security deposit of EUR 500 per house in advance of arrival at certain times of the year. For example, during festivals, certain sporting events or public holidays. You will be contacted by the property regarding this prior to your arrival.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
