No 5 Compass - Ilfracombe

Close to the centre of Ilfracombe with beautiful sea views. Just needed to take clothes and toiletries…everything else was provided!

Top floor so lots and lots of stairs to climb. Noisiest seagulls ever known but ear plugs were provided!

The view and location was incredible

Fantastic view even in a storm! Loved the big bed and apartment had everything you needed for a cosy winter break

The stairs were not a problem for us but taking the dog out for a wee was a bit arduous. However the grassed area at the end of the road was great for a late night walk around the headland (dog has never had so many walks!)

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was lovely and perfectly set up to enjoy the stunning sea views. The owners were fantastic—always quick to reply and provided excellent recommendations that made our trip even better. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing coastal getaway!

Absolutely nothing we could complain about

Stunning views. Close to harbour. Super comfortable beds. Cosy and warm. Lovely kitchen. Coffee maker. Friendly, responsive hosts.

Bit of a unpleasant odour of dogs in lounge. Not a complaint. Just an observation. Seemed to be mainly coming from the settee.
