Ice cold a/c. Clean. Well appointed kitchen.

Stairs. An abundance of flying bugs found their way in on our first night. Not mosquitos - akin to midges. They were an annoyance that seemed tough to eradicate as we weren’t completely sure of their method of ingress.

"Wonderful and relaxing weekend with friends in our comfy home away from home."

Great communication from the hosts, quick response. No issues during our stay. Location was good with a nice view of the river, not a bad walk to downtown coffee shops. Lots of little touches we liked like chargers in all the rooms, coffee pods and real creamer, Brita water filter, shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers. Comfy beds and well equipped kitchen with lots of mugs and cups for 4 people.

This is a very small thing, but for 2 coupes, 1 more comfy seating option in the living room would be nice. So that you don’t have to sit 3 in a row on the couch or have 1 person in a hard dining room chair when both couples want to chat and visit in the evenings.

"We would most certainly stay here again."

This is the upper floor of an older home that has been completely redone. Very clean, like new and decorated with attention to detail. Plenty of towels. Unbelievably comfortable beds. We were there for a week and enjoyed having morning coffee on the deck watching the boats go by on the Hudson. For the price, the view is pretty spectacular. As noted, there is one parking space provided in the driveway. We never had any trouble parking our second car directly in front of the house on the street. Everything you would need in the kitchen. Keyless entry which is always a plus. Thanks for a great stay! : )

Be aware that you will be climbing a flight of stairs. Not an issue for us, but might be for some.
