The Owl's Nest @ Manitou: Mtn Views on Main Street

The condo was perfect for all the amenities of home nestled right downtown in Manitou. It was very clean and comfortable, I felt safe and loved the balcony area for fresh air. There’s a fireplace as well for colder weather! The garage space allowed me to park without worry and my full size SUV fit without issues. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

The sleeping area is when you first step into the condo and is more of an open concept. Since I was a solo traveler this wasn’t as big of a concern. The skylight in that area gives lots of natural light which is lovely but can make it a bit warm in that area during the day.

Absolutely beautiful unit in a great location. Owner's communication was great. I would highly recommend the Owl's Nest to anyone visiting Manitou Springs.

The condo was in amazing location. It had a fully stocked kitchen and super comfortable.

Great location, extremely clean and beautiful living space. Amenities were better than I had expected them to be, we brought a lot of our own supplies but wouldn't have needed to! Hosts were very responsive to emails.

The patio doors were a little tricky but were not an issue - just worried about making sure we checked out and they were locked correctly! TV didn't have local channels but my tech savvy husband was able to figure out how to find what we needed!

We loved the location, just out the door and downtown! The property was very clean and very attractive (inviting electric fireplace logs) with easy access to get inside. We especially liked our very own under roof parking spot where we didn't have to search for a spot or remove snow off car when leaving early. Overall, we highly recommend this property for a comfortable and memorable vacation.

The downside for us was the loft. We invited friends, thankfully they were young and could climb the steep stairs. They were just over the master bedroom so there was little privacy at bedtime and because we were there in temperatures below freezing, the loft and bedroom stayed uncomfortably cooler than the rest of the house. However, there was a nice portable heater provided.

I loved everything! This place was fantastic and felt like an escape. The decor is beautiful, the view and everything was user friendly.

Very clean, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, awesome location, very clear detailed access instructions, and book showing all the information about the condo and surroundings we could have asked for. A very comfortable home away from home.

Don't necessarily like having to take out the trash. but that seems pretty standard for AirBnBs.
