For a family with two young boys, the accommodation was just right. Plenty enough utensils and crockery to cook up evening meals and plenty of space for us all. It was clean and well presented. Check-in was simple. Location was perfect as we love walking, short walk to the beach, long walks to Arrecife and Puerto Del Carmen. Some lovely restaurants nearby, with good food and great wines! All in all, a relaxing first visit to Lanzarote, exactly what we were after.

Good location with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Excellent communication with the host, Rocio always answered emails or phone calls. She was very flexible and helpful. Overall the house, location and experience really was excellent. The YouTube video showing how to access the property on arrival is first class, made our arrival very easy.

House is very well laid out, clean and comfortable. Only a few minutes was to the beach and loads of nice cafes and restaurants to have dinner.

The house was cold which was nice when you came in from the heat but when you stayed in for a while you would need a jumper or blanket. We stayed in Jan so this could be the reason!

Beautiful, clean, spacious, well equipped. Close to shopping centre. 5 mins walk to the beach. Rocío more than a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend and will go back again ourselves. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing time in Rocio’s house! The house itself is beautiful, bright, and spotlessly clean! There is everything you need, we felt like in our home! Or even better! Beds are big and comfortable, there is a well equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms with the best showers! Our favourite shopping centre was just 1 min walk from the house and there is a great choice of wonderful restaurants! And, what’s more important- Rocio is the kindest host on this planet! We’ve already missed this place! Hope to see you soon!

Very nice and spacious apartment, very modern and well entertained, actually looks better than the pictures. Also extremely clean (bed sheets, towels, bathrooms, floors, appliances all impeccable), and very nice host. 3 separate rooms and 3 bathrooms (of which one without shower). Would definitely recommend.

There is no air conditioning in two of the three rooms: not a problem for us as it was mild temperature, but it might be worth indicating it more clearly on the website. The location is very close to the airport, but there is not much noise (Easter period) and the surrounding area is overall pleasant (with white houses, sea front, restaurants, nice cafe for breakfast and very good supermarket) and well connected. So overall nothing that prevents a very pleasant stay, would definitely recommend the apartment!

The house was perfect for our stay, 2x couples of adults. The two bathrooms and double bedrooms are comfortable, lots of storage in the house, big showers! One is a big ensuite with a balcony which seems rare on the island. The kitchen has all you need for a short stay (I’d suggest to add a few more wine glasses!) and the living room opening on a terrace was great to enjoy breakfast in the morning. Parking in the street was easy, it’s free and there are lots of empty spots around. Everything was spotless in the house in general. There’s a shopping mall with a supermarket just one minute away by walk, and plenty shops more around. Playa Honda is ideal to visit the island with quick access to the motorway and it’s right in the middle of Lanzarote, and close to the airport (the further point to get to was a 40 minutes drive). Finally, Rocio was a discreet host, easy to contact, very quick to respond.

More towels and wine glasses needed. No doors closed easily. Nice house, but for the price charged,needs a little more attention to detail. Sideboard door when opened falls apart. Gate doesn't close. No nice coffee cupsJust little things .NeedsTLC. Had a nice holiday.

Large comfortable villa with outdoor patio and the main bedroom has a balcony which got the sun in the afternoon. Good location, next to shopping centre and a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants.
