Lake Travis Oasis next to Pool, Marina, Boat ramp

Great location. Close to all amenities

The location is far from most things but that was expected having looked at the map. Breakfast N/A.

The couch, etc. was very uncomfortable to a point of causing back pain after a short time. The heating / cooling was horrible. The downstairs bedroom was frigid and the air conditioner - heat pump (?) was so noisy and would constantly cycle on and off. I'm a heavy sleeper but it was enough to wake me frequently. If the main floor furnace was on it became unbearable upstairs even though we shut those vents. My son had to keep the windows open in the upstairs bedroom and it was still very uncomfortable. Although the water was hot in the upstairs bathrooms, the downstairs shower was too cool for my wife so she moved her things to the main floor bath which is quite small. The kitchen sink barely drained. The fridge reeked and the ice tasted horrible. We dumped what was in there and put a bowl of baking soda in both the fridge and freezer. We also had to get an air freshener and air the downstairs bedroom because of the smell which my wife described as wet dog and musty. We had trouble finding the place as there was no porch light illuminating the house numbers which were unexpectedly on the lower porch step, something I've never seen in my 65 years. One would expect it to be on the wall under the porch light which wasn't left on. There was no TV in the upstairs bedroom. The neighbors were very noisy at very late hours as 12:40 - 3AM. Many things need updating. I'm not a complainer but these are simply facts.
