GBThe location was excellent in the main Piazza square next to the ferry port. Plenty good restaurants. Comfortable bed, small balcony with partial view. Small fridge with complementary water bottles. Communication was good from the hosts. Plenty clean bed linen and towels available.
The sliding toilet door didn’t close as the lock was missing inside the door frame. It kept sliding open. The property is in need of a deep clean of floors, fixtures and fittings. Thick dust was around mirrors, light fixtures & tile tops. The floor had old traces of coffee drips. The balcony floor needs a good sweep and mop. The tank on the coffee machine had thick grime which I had to remove and clean in the sink before use. Bottom of the Shower doors were grimy. Decor a little bit tired. I did speak to the hosts and I’m sure these little details can be rectified easily. Overall we had a comfortable stay.

IEAmazing location, Very friendly, kind and helpful lady at check in. Super comfortable, great A/C. Cold bottles of water provided , nice little coffee machine also with pods. We only stayed 1 night , it was supposed to be 2 nights but we had to leave early due to the railway having a 24hr strike. Will definitely be staying here when we come back to Sirmione, thanks again for having us.

ITGBFantastic location right in the middle of the shops and restaurants. Close to the ferry for trips across the lake. The room was a good size. The owners were really helpful when we had a small problem with the shower and it was sorted the next day.
Only thing lacking was storage for clothes. One small wardrobe with just a few hangers but we just lived from the suitcase so not a big problem.
DEDie Lage ist großartig, check-in & Kommunikation problemlos. Schöne, individuelle Zimmer.
Der Balkon wird zwischen 2 Zimmern geteilt, so dass er nicht wirklich privat ist.
