NZThe staff was very nice, answered messages promptly, and we even received a huge chocolate Easter egg when we stayed there over Easter. It is also very affordable, especially when considering the location right at the Lake and in the middle of old town.
There is no reception with staff and despite the hotel knowing when we would arrive, no one was there to check us in and we had to wait in front of the door for a while until someone finally showed up to check us in. The furniture of the room is also very dated.
