Great value for the money. Very clean, good WiFi, nice and tidy room. Location for me was great: I did not have any problems at all to get there for the first time at night (and I’m not the master of orienteering). It is 15 min by train from Oslo S and then about 10 min on foot. The nearest shop is about 5-7 min on foot. But I would not recommend it if you have very limited mobility as the terrain can be challenging.

Communication with the host was strange. Before the arrival I was worried because I had not received any information about the check-in at all. I wrote 2 or 3 messages (within 2 days) to the host, but no answer. I was really worried that it is a scam (but it turned out ok). Take ear plugs with you - you can hear everything through door and walls.

Very clean, the host was very nice and lent me his charger as I had lost mine.

Only one toilet between 4 rooms and only 5 mins hot shower per person

The host is pretty kind and helpful! I had two comfortable nights staying here and the kitchen got everything so u could cook by yourself, which is quite convenient and u can watch Netflix in the living room too. Highly recommend☺️

Bed space and quietness

So close to the train and even though it’s small, your trip is not to hang in the room! Price works and great host!

This is a great budget option in Oslo - a city famous for expensive hotels. The price was excellent and the host was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and warm and I slept well. The apartment was simply-furnished and was clean throughout. It's some distance from the centre of Oslo but the local railway station, with frequent trains to Oslo (every 15 minutes, taking 15 minutes) is about 10 minutes' walk from the apartment.

There is only one bathroom, shared among 4 rooms (including the room of the host). Guests are asked not to spend more than 5 minutes having a shower but this cannot really be enforced. During my stay, one guest was in the bathroom for 25 minutes, rendering out-of-bounds for others.
