Wrong wifi password was provided and I spent some time troubleshooting only to find it's a wrong password. The bathroom has got some sort of odor. There were cockroaches inside the cupboard.

House is clean.

Nothing to drink like mineral water and coffee 3 in 1 . Wifi is not available to use because dont have internet.

1) house not as per the advertisement. Mixed up with other photos to attract and mislead customer 2) too many ants! 3) The bedsheet seems not changed, carpet and the floor is dirty 4) taking too long to do the refund (still not yet receiving the refund until now). I need to wait for their Finance staff who was on leave for 12days just to refund rm40 5) The mattress is not comfortable at all! Please change it to a new mattress 6) The lighting in all the rooms was too light, so we ended up keeping the doors open and switching off the rooms light
