"Good location but not clean"

The location is good near supermarket and restaurants.

This place need a serious clean up. Lack of information before and during check in. Too many people involved which makes it confusing to the guest, this is not a hotel.

"I won't go back and don't recommend to anyone."

Nothing, I couldn't check in because my room wasn't ready.

I arrived at the hotel at 14:30, although on booking I stated the arrival time at 15:00. The front desk asked me to wait a bit. I waited for about an hour, but the issue with the settlement could not be resolved. From my room there were no keys at the reception, and they told me that they would bring them only after 18:00. As an alternative, they offered another room, which turned out to be more expensive. This turned out to be unacceptable for me, so I called a taxi and left for another hotel. I will never come back here again.
