I already all the receptionist as i will arrived late for check in and he said okay can come,then suddenly when i arrived my room alreeady occupied with other customers but i already book my room at booking.com. Im so dissapointed and need to paid more for room for 3 as it the only available room for both of us and the room veryy unpleasant. I hope after this can take note to close booking.com if ur room is full and reserved room for someone who already make PAYMENT.
