"Short towels, short heat, short blankets...short stay"

Not enough towels for the number of guests. When speaking to the host, she knew this but claimed a shortage of towels. No one left a note or message through booking.com. No heat in the bedrooms. We asked for blankets. The host said to look in the closets. There were none. We had no key for us to use the elevator. That was a problem with one guest in a wheelchair. Don't just blame the host. Be aware of the management company Cozy Home. They were called about the elevator. They guessed the prior guest accidentally took it. They promised to get us a replacement. It never arrived. Cozy Home failed on the elevator and should have solved the towels and the blankets. When I called them again a couple of hours later, no answer and no follow up the next day. Stay away from this rental and be very aware of any unit managed by Cozy Home.
