N2 Lisbon Center Romance Apartment

The location is in the old town and the house is very authentic both in a good sense and in a bad sense. There is little traffic noise, since the house is located in a street with limited traffic. The view from one side of the appartment directly goes towards parliament. Not something you have every day.

The old house doesn't make it particularly easy getting luggage into the appartment. The appartment could use some in-depth cleaning. The rails on the balcony have been rusty and unsafe. The equipment in the kitchen is quite restricted, using the kitchen for more than breakfast is a difficult task. The door to the bathroom did not close properly. Generally the equipment in the appartment is budget oriented. The communication with the reponsible person was not very lively or interested. The instructions on how to get the keys (in English) have not been crystal clear, but it worked out in the end. All in all the price is quite high for what is offered. But this is the general situation in Lisbon, which is currently overrun with tourists.
