There was a very late response from the management, especially regarding the pool facilities and the water supply issue. There was no water for almost 4 hours, and many guests were exhausted because they couldn’t even use the toilet. We made several complaints, but after some time they stopped picking up our calls. On top of that, the swimming pool’s motor pump was leaking, and the pool itself was dirty. At that point, there was nothing much we could do. They only offered to replace our stay after 6 hours, which was extremely frustrating and shows very poor management on their end.
