"Good place at a good price. 3x better (aka 1/3$) than a hotel"

Large, well furnished, convenient to train and taxis, and a great price. Good communication with owner. Easy access. Security at door 24 hours. They aren’t a concierge but they see you coming and going.

Location has nothing immediate around it. Like it’s not that walkable. But it is convenient to other things.
